If you have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait until the practice reopens, please contact NHS 111 for advice and assistance 📞.

If you have a minor injury rather than a medical issue, you may also attend one of the following Minor Injuries Units:

• Acorn Health Centre, 421 Blackburn Road, Accrington, BB5 1RT
  Services available 08:00–20:30 🕗

• Rossendale Primary Care Centre, Bacup Road, Rawtenstall, BB4 7PL
  Services available 08:00–20:00 🕗

Out-of-hours services can be very busy, so please use them thoughtfully and only request to see a clinician if your condition genuinely cannot wait until the surgery reopens.

In a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.
Chest pain and/or shortness of breath should always be treated as emergencies.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
